Grape varieties: 100% Malagousia


Vineyard: Mountainous Corinth in an altitude of 650m.

Yields: 9.000kg/ha

Age of vines (average): 40 years

Vinification/maturation: Cool maceration for 6-8 hours. Controlled fermentation in low temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks with gradual agitation of wine lees for 8-10 weeks.


Alcohol in volume: 12,5%

Reducing sugar: 1,2g/l

Total acidity: 6,0g/l

pH: 3,3

 

Tasting notes: Its color is light gold with green highlights. Its aromatic profile is complex and refined with stone fruit and citrus aromas. Apricot, grapefruit, lemon peel and white flowers the main nose aromas. In the mouth it is oily, cool acidity and some hints of minerals complete the complex taste palette.

Pair it with: Balanced green salads, large fatty grilled fish, shellfish, risotto with white sauces, grilled vegetables and grilled white meats, pasta with salmon.
