Wine making: cold overflowing for 6-8 hours and transfer
of grapes' juice in special vats. Accommodation for 15 hours in
temperature 8-10oC. It is following contemporary white wine making
in controlled temperature 14-15oC. After the end of fermentation it is
following ripening with stable stir for five weeks.
Characteristics: grapes from mountain Madinia with low quantity productivity per
10800 square meters gives us a wine with satisfying alcoholic
mark, high acidity and pleasant taste.
Good body and discreet flowering aroma.
Served at the temperature of 10-12oC.
It can be consumed and two years after produce year.
