Vinification/maturation: The grapes are refrigerated and then follows cool maceration for 6-8 hours. Controlled fermentation in low temperature. Maturation in stainless steel tanks with gradual agitation of wine lees for 5 weeks.

Total acidity: 5,8g/l
pH: 3,15
Tasting notes: Pale white-yellow colour with rich fragrance of lemon blossoms and roses. Cool acidity followed by round body and complex long aftertaste.
