Great tour and tasting My husband and I are fans of wine and do a lot of winery visits. This one was great particularly because our Sophia who did our tour and tasting explained the primary Greek grape varietals and the methods used in Greece. Excellent tasting with lots of info - she was very knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend.

Wonderful winery experience We visited here for a wine tasting and it was amazing! Sophia who served us was very knowledgeable! I happen to have a Greek name also and she shared some very interesting stories about it! We were made to feel welcome, the wine was lovely, we paid a bit extra for the premium white wines which were interesting- and worthwhile paying extra for, and we shared a cheese plate too. Would highly recommend a visit!

A Nemea favorite! If you’re trying to decide which wineries to include on your trip to nemea, this one should be on the list! Ktima Bairaktaris was wonderful! We tried 8 different wines and appreciated the variety of ages and flavors that their wines had to offer. Sofia gave us an excellent tour of the facilities and did a great job of explaining their wine production process. Currently trying to figure out how to get this wine shipped to our home in the states!

Great experience. Beautiful wine, knowledgeable guide and a stunning setting We visited the vineyard as a couple with our adult son. We were greeted by Sophia who was our guide, who explained our wine tasting options. We chose a simple red/white/rosé tasting as I was driving but Linda and Luke tasted an additional premium white. This was paired with a simple but tasty platter of cheeses and bread. The wines were stunning and the setting in the shadow of a rocky mountain with a monastery and fort was striking. The tasting room was a cool and welcoming respite from the 40 degree heat outside. Sophia was knowledgeable warm and friendly and explained the different wines and grapes in detail. Great value!
